Refund policy
At Aveour.com, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
If you decide that you don’t like an item or wish to exchange it after receiving your order, you can return it to us within 30 days without providing any reason.
Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it should be in good condition, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Return Process
To request a return, please email support@aveour.com and include your order number in the subject line. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on where to return your package. Returns are subject to the following terms:
Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return request.
We do not provide Freight To Collect service for packages returned to us. The return shipping cost is at your own expense.
Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out.
We recommend using a trackable return shipping service.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 1–7 business days (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods).
The refunded amount will be reflected in your financial account according to your financial institution’s processing time. Unfortunately, if the product is not eligible for a refund, we regret to inform you that no refund will be issued.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Quality Issues
In the case of manufacturing defects or quality issues with the product you received, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product. Aveour.com will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping Costs for Customers
For returns that are not related to quality issues, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Damage
If the product is damaged during shipping, please document the damage, take clear photos, and contact our customer support team immediately.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
